1. INTRODUCTION

1.1. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how TwoXNine (referred to as “TwoXNine”, “we”, “us”, or “our” in this Policy) handles information when you use Ballpick AI (볼픽 AI, the “App”), an Android app that organizes KBO League game data and builds a question document you can paste into the AI service you already use. 1.2. BY INSTALLING OR USING THE APP, YOU AGREE TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE APP. 1.3. TwoXNine may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when the updated Policy is posted on this page, and your continued use of the App signifies your acceptance of the changes.

2. DATA CONTROLLER

For the purposes of applicable data protection laws, the data controller is TwoXNine. The App shows advertising through Google AdMob, and Google acts as an independent controller for the data its advertising SDK collects, as described in section 4 of this Policy.

3. NO ACCOUNT, NO SIGN-UP

The App has no registration, login, or user account. We do not ask for, and do not store on our servers, any information that directly identifies you, such as your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, or photos. We do not collect legally sensitive data of any kind.

4. WHAT DATA IS PROCESSED

4.1. Stored only on your device. The following stays in the App’s private storage on your device and is never sent to TwoXNine:

• Settings: theme, favorite team, per-AI trust weights, and question-document options;
• Game data the App has downloaded (starting pitchers, lineups, records, results) and copies of AI answers fetched from our server;
• Question documents you create. Saving them as files or sharing them with other apps happens only when you press the button.

4.2. Processed automatically during network requests. The App connects to two places. As with any web request, technical data such as your IP address, request time, and the app identifier string (User-Agent) may be recorded in the access logs of the receiving server. The App does not attach anything that identifies you:

• The developer’s web server, from which the App reads AI answer files and scoring data as static files. The App never writes to that server;
• The official KBO website (koreabaseball.com), from which your device fetches schedules, player records, team standings, and results directly.

4.3. Collected by the advertising SDK. The App shows Google AdMob ads. To serve and measure ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect the following, as published by Google for SDK version 25.4.0:

• Advertising ID and App Set ID;
• IP address and coarse location inferred from it (country or region level);
• Device information (model, operating system, language), app interactions such as ad impressions and clicks, and diagnostics;
• Account-related identifiers only conditionally, when you have enabled ads personalization with your Google account.

Google processes this data under its own privacy policy, and TwoXNine cannot access it. See https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can reset your advertising ID or turn off ads personalization in your device settings. 4.4. What we do not collect. The App uses no analytics SDK, no crash-reporting SDK, no social login, no in-app purchases, and no location, contacts, camera, or microphone permission. The only permission it uses is Internet access.

5. WHY WE PROCESS DATA

We process data to:

• Show game data and AI answers and build question documents (sections 4.1 and 4.2);
• Show ads and measure ad performance (section 4.3);
• Diagnose errors and keep the service running (server access logs in section 4.2).

6. WHO WE SHARE DATA WITH

We do not sell user data. Ads are processed directly by Google (AdMob) within the scope described in section 4.3. We may disclose information to regulatory bodies or law enforcement agencies if required by law or in response to a valid request by public authorities.

7. HOW LONG DATA IS KEPT

• On-device data: until you clear the App’s data or uninstall it;
• Server access logs: deleted automatically after the hosting provider’s usual retention period (a few months);
• Advertising SDK data: according to Google’s policy.

8. HOW WE KEEP DATA SECURE

Communication with our server uses HTTPS, and the App never writes user data to the server. On-device data lives only in the App’s private storage. We use technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk of processing.

9. YOUR RIGHTS

You can delete all on-device data at any time by clearing the App’s data in your device settings or by uninstalling the App, and you can reset your advertising ID or turn off ads personalization. Because TwoXNine holds no information that identifies you, requests to access, correct, delete, or restrict a specific user’s data are handled on the device as described above. 10. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Data collected by the advertising SDK may be transferred to, stored at, and processed on Google servers outside the country in which you reside. The developer’s web server is located in the Republic of Korea.

11. DATA DELETION

There is no account to delete. Clearing the App’s data or uninstalling the App removes everything the App stored on your device. Server access logs are removed on the schedule described in section 7.

12. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

The App is not directed to children under the age of 14 (or under 13 where that is the applicable age), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we learn that we have received personal data from a child, we will delete it as soon as possible.

13. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the date above.
